My studio is based in a little beachside town in the far north of New Zealand.

A settlement rich in our Maori traditions with historical stories that depict the journey of the Maori people.

Here, on the shores of my family’s origin, is the pristine and magical place, I call home, Hokianga, the perfect place for that distinctive, authentic, cultural, Kiwiana gift.

Pieces can be individually presented into my designs, a mix of young and old traditional artifactually amalgamated into each piece.
I find peacefulness, calm and tranquility when I  weave.

Weaving signifies the evolution of existence, pointing me towards the role of rituals and traditions, I am incredibly honoured to share my crafts with you.
